Barry Yates is one of the founding members of ea2 estate agency and has been an estate agent for 31 years, starting his career in the mid eighties, he has witnessed firsthand two market crashes and market explosions. His experience is invaluable in ensuring that despite ever new modern technologies entering the market that core estate agency traditions are up held.
Barry Yates heads the lettings and property management arm of the business ensuring both landlords and tenants needs are met in a professional and efficient manner.
