TERMINATION OF THE TENANCY:
Cost associated with the Check Out report and necessary to return the property to the same condition as at the start of the tenancy. The costs to be agreed between landlord and tenant. If these costs cannot be agreed then the case will be submitted to the Deposit Protection Service’s arbitration process.
OTHER FEES AND CHARGES:
Unpaid Rent / Returned Payments - Interest at 4% above Bank of England Base Rate, (Calculated on upon a daily basis)
Rent Arrears Letter - £30.00 Inc. of Vat Per letter sent
Card Payment - Barclays Handling Charge dependent on card type
